1) Editor's Thoughts
2) Kind Thought For The Day - Do You Take Criticism To Heart?
3) Readers Question:
-------------------------------------------------
1) EDITOR'S THOUGHTS!
First of all, may I give a big thanks to Mike who is looking after the forum, while I am sorting out getting the site ready
for a private members site. It is far bigger job than I imagined.
Thank you for all your stories to date, but we need more of the following:
1) Do You Know Someone Who Made A Difference But Didn't Realise It?........
I am developing another project based on the above question? Have you
ever seen the film "It's A Wonderful Life! -(My Favorite) It's featured every Christmas on most TV channels.
The overview of the film is Quote:
An angel helps a compassionate but despairingly frustrated businessman
George Bailey by showing what life would had been like if he never
existed . It is an old black and white film, but it's story is eternal.
I am looking for stories of people you know who have made an important
difference in your life or your family's life, but never realised or
were told. I am not talking about movie, sport or music stars.
2) "Touched By A Westie - Stories Of Love and Devotion From Westie Owners!"
Please send me more of the above . You can or post them on the forum at:

I would appreciate your replies, because I value them all

3) READERS QUESTION! - Does your westie lick you or the carpet a lot???
Posted By Lynn
Hello I have owned a westie (Jessie) for over 3 years now since a pup.
She loves licking people & the question I have today is why does she
like licking the carpet (in any ones house) all the time?
Please let me know the answer to this.
Thanks
----------------------------------------------------------------
Hi Lyn
Robbie also love to lick esp.my ears, and yes the carpet, in the
bedroom we have wooden floors in the other rooms and he is ok with
them could be putting their scent down,
Not to sure on this one, other members may come up with something,
in the meantime I will try & find out for you.
a simple NO works
Mike
--------------------------------------------------------
Mine doesn't lick the carpet, but as I posted not too long ago, he does like to lick the leather couch and me.
Bosslady
--------------------------------------------------------
Travis is a real licker, he licks even more if i have just put moisturiser on my skin
Maybe little Jessie is licking the carpet where something has dropped on the carpet but maybe not stained and she can smell it???
Jackie
-------------------------------------------------------
Kasey licks the carpet and everything possible. He loves to lick my clothes, he licks Cotton and my husband. He licks the
leather couch. You name it he licks it. He even licks our ceramic tile floor.
