IN THIS ISSUE:
1) Editor's Thoughts
2) Thought For The Day
3) Readers Question: - Injections today not feeling well
-------------------------------------------------
1) EDITOR'S THOUGHTS!
Hi All
I hope you are all keeping well.
Sorry for the break. Haven't been feeling too well myself. I have felt so wiped out fo the last couple of weeks. I do
appreciate good health.
My older son of 19 has just been away in the mountains for 3 days. He could hardly walk when he come
back. I am so proud of him for doing it. He is just a fitness
fanatic.
As always sincere thanks to Mike for looking after the forum. He is just great as you all know.

2) Thought for the day: - Try and be kind to all
that you meet. Everyone you meet is fighting a
hard battle in their life, whether it be ill health,
shyness, low self-esteem, loneliness to name just a
few.
We all travel roughly the same road and during this
time we all suffer with heartaches and illness. Just
remember that anger at the world is born out of
frustration and lack of a bit of TLC (Tender loving
Care)

3) READERS QUESTION! - Injections today not feeling well.....
Posted by Candygirl
Candy had her first injections today and an hour later she just laid down and has been
there since, she also keeps crying, do you know if this could be a
side affect. She had
been fine all day before this, so funny and full of herself. My poor baby!
-------------------------------------------------------
It could well be the possibility of side effects or the effects of
the injection keep an eye on her, but I am sure she will be back to normal in the
morning if in any doubt in the morning ring the vet and they will
advise you further

Hope everything is OK with her. These poor kids got to suffer the
injections as well as we
did when we were children!

Thanks for reassuring me, I thought it must be the injection but as
the hours go by you
start to panic a bit and I've got too much time on my hands now she's asleep.
Just one more quick question, my sister has a new border collie pup
who is ten weeks and twice the size as my candy, well today we introduced them and all
was fine for a few minutes and then my pup starting chasing the collie around, which
at first I think was just playing, but then she started to get nasty, snarling and biting the
collie hard, and when I tried to split them up she turned a bit on me because she had got
herself wound up.
The collie was also playing but not nasty, I spoke to the vet about
this today because my sister and i are quite close and see each other daily and we've
been planning to go walking together. The vet says it shouldn't be getting nasty and is
probably just playing but I'm not so sure.
I am just wondering how i should deal with this as
I have a 4 year old girl and would hate for her to get bit, Candy does play bite, so when
she does I just give her a toy. Should I just observe the two pups closely but let them sort
it out by themselves or should I intervene every time. Candy is only 9 weeks and would hate
for her to grow up
aggressive. Any tips?
